Presentation from SC21 – 21st Century Supply Chains.
SC21 is a UK program that is part of the A|D|S (Aerospace, Defense and Security) trade organization. We’ve asked Phil and Peter to share about SC21’s progress in implementing a National Program that is very similar to SEA. This presentation will provide an opportunity for SEA suppliers to assess the global competition.

Conference Objectives

Small and mid-size suppliers – machine shops, special processors, assemblers, and more – are particularly affected by the industry consolidation and global competition. We’re competing against a variety of competitors for less business with changing customer expectations. We have to set our sights on more than survival. We have to define what we can and will do while “others are sleeping.”

    • Learn from suppliers about how to successfully compete and win new market share
    • Learn from customers about what it takes to win new business in the new supply chain
    • Learn from industry leaders about how to adapt to the new aerospace competition
