Kenneth A. Heifner, Senior Director of Quality Management, Cal-Comp USA Kenny is Senior Director of Quality Management for Cal-Comp USA (CCUSA), headquartered in San Diego, CA. Over the past four years Kenny has led the lean and quality transformation of SMS Technologies (now part of CCUSA) by effectively implementing the SEA Roadmap. SMS was the winner of the SEA Supply Chain Innovation Award in 2009 and the SEA Operational Excellence Award in 2010. The Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) has also recognized the CCUSA Indiana Operations for lean manufacturing excellence. Tim Holland, President & CEO, Graco Supply Company Tim Holland participated in the purchase of Graco Supply Company and has operated as its CEO/President since March 2002. Throughout his career Tim has specialized in operations management and continuous process improvement efforts in start-up, turn-around, and consulting environments. He has multiple industry experience including Electronics (Motorola), Aerospace and Defense (Boeing), and Telecommunications (Andrew/Algon). He holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Texas at Austin, and an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University. |

Bill McGinnis President & CEO, National Technical Systems, Inc. Mr. McGinnis is President and CEO of NTS and is also a member of the Board of Directors. He has been with National Technical Systems for over 28 years and has held many roles in the organization. Currently he is responsible for planning, organization, budgeting, and directing all management and operational activities for NTS and all its subsidiaries. Mr. McGinnis established overall strategic initiatives and growth goals for the company, using many of the Balanced Scorecard tools and SEA philosophies. He is a focused and decisive leader with a solid track record of optimizing revenue, profit and competitive edge. Mr. McGinnis holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. |
